Needs to be a self-starter, can drive efforts with minimal oversight. Will work closely with business partners to define and document requirements, develop functional designs, low level designs to integrate with existing application infrastructure (Teradata and Mainframe DB2 applications, using Java UI and Actuate eReports/BIRT dashboards). Be able to lead requirement gathering sessions with Business Partners, technical partners, etc.
Will work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that test plans and scripts serve customer needs. Works with associate, organization, customer, product and transactional information to develop associate and organizational performance reporting, dashboards and metrics on Teradata and Mainframe DB2 platforms..
Experience in entire application development life cycle for application development using iterative/agile development processes. Must have 5 to 7 years strong analytical (problem solving), analysis tools (SQL) experience and a solid understanding of relational databases.
