Job Description:

Kelly Services is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant II to perform various administrative and project-related activities varying in size. Assignments are complex and diversified in nature and may require working within a globally dispersed team. This opportunity is for our client, one of the world’s leading innovative technology companies, at its location in Hillsboro, OR.
 
This opportunity is paying $17.00-$18.86 per hour and tentatively starts in October 2016 and goes through February 2017 with possible extension depending on client’s business needs and candidate performance. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Organizes and manages calendar schedule(s) for managers and/or departments
  • Schedules and coordinates logistics for meetings and events
  • Responsible for interviewing schedules and new hire coordination
  • Makes travel arrangements
  • Office set up
  • Manages departmental recognition and catering
  • Purchasing duties/ maintains office supplies
  • Working in a team with other Administrative Assistants
  • Copies, collates, sorts and distributes materials
  • Performs routine administrative duties
 
Skills and Qualifications: 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of administrative or equivalent education/experience
  • 5-7 years Intermediate to advanced computer skills required including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and SharePoint
  • Proficient and proactive calendar management and efficient in booking domestic/international travel
  • Self-motivated, organized, customer oriented, able to multitask, as well as be comfortable in an environment of ambiguity with a positive attitude
  •  
 
Terms of Assignment:
  • High School diploma/equivalent
  • Full-time: Monday – Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
  • 4 month assignment with possible extension depending on client’s business needs and candidate’s performance in position
