VAM Systems, a Microsoft partner, primarily provides leading edge cloud based business solutions on Microsoft Azure Platform and also assists its clients in effectively adopting Microsoft Cloud Based Services such as Office 365 and Microsoft CRM Dynamics Online. VAM Systems develops, deploys and assists its clients to maintain business applications focused on specific vertical businesses.
This is an inside sales position with the primary responsibilities including contacting potential clients via phone, email and the web to identify opportunities, develop opportunities, and close sales.
-Identify and develop leads through personal business development efforts that include cold-calling, creative prospecting, and aggressively growing your referral network.
-Demonstrate continuous improvement in telephone-based solution selling skills to include the ability to determine services needs for new and existing customers, discover opportunities to upsell advanced services, and display the ability to overcome objections.
-Qualify leads and close new business.
-Collaborate with customers to develop long-term relationships and generate additional sales opportunities
-Maintain excellent record and note keeping in Microsoft CRM.
-Excellent phone skills
-Computer skills in Microsoft Office
-Understanding of Cloud Computing and Web based solutions
-Some industry experience in promoting Software, Cloud Computing and Web based Solutions will be a plus.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to actively listen and evaluate customer requirements
-Ability to work in a team environment
-Ability to take initiative and be proactive
-Solid follow-through skills
-Self-motivated with ability to learn independently
