*6+ years in PeopleSoft HR / Payroll applications.
* Functional Expertise in Payroll Modules NA Payroll processing, Time & labor, Benefits Processing, Year End Tax & W2 processing.
*Strong expertise in Vendor Interface Processing for Payroll and Benefits.
*3+ years in developing and executing manual and automated test cases for PeopleSoft HR / Payroll applications
*Extensive experience with user interface testing, batch process testing in highly complex and heavily integrated application environments
*Experience with all phases of software testing (Functional, Integration, Regression, User Acceptance, and Release Management)
*Experience with requirements reviews with developers, other quality assurance engineers, and other stakeholders such as project managers and/or business partners
*Authoring complex SQL queries
*Familiar with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology
*Familiarity with Agile SDLC
*Ability to interact effectively with non-technical, functional user community and resolve data and application issues
*Demonstrates skills of technical tool/technique experience in multiple platforms (e.g. HR, Payroll, Supply Chain, Real Estate, etc.).
*Should be well versed with Test Management tools like JIRA, Redmine.
* Experience with Selenium with Java, Appium and PeopleSoft HR modules.
