we need more experience on Incident management doing Critical incident management work
Note - This role is not for the people who coordinate the bridge and merely patch/call the people on an Incident Bridge. They need to be the people who have at least an L2 level of knowhow on technical domains, in order to be able to lead the bridge through a process of logical cause isolation and establishing a line of troubleshooting, leading to the shortest path to recovery from an outage.
Ability to lead in a tenuous situation and to be able to offer situational leadership will be a key behavioral attribute or attitude of a good candidate. People who have good confidence and communication skills and are confident will perform this role better than those who prefer to be techies doing fantastic stuff without engaging with others too often. People in operations are better suited than people with more experience in projects.
