Kelly Services is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant II for a 6 month project assignment for our client, one of the world’s leading innovative technology companies, at its location in Santa Clara Valley, CA. The assignment tentatively starts in September 2016.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for administrative support to a department or individual
• Typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail
• May work on special projects
Required Experience and Skills:
• Recent experience in similar role
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required
• Familiarity with MS Office required.
Term of Assignment:
• Short-term, 6 month assignment: Start September 2016 – March 2017
• Full-time 40 hours per week 8:00am-5:00pm
