Help Desk Support 
Location - New York, NY
Duration - Longterm

We are obsessed with our Customer! Customer support is our main focus. 

IT support position with a minimum of 2 years experience in a desktop support role. Strong customer support and communication skills are a must! Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven, fast paced environment are required, with a focus on providing exceptional IT support and ensuring an overall high level of customer satisfaction on an ongoing basis.

Primary responsibilities include: 

Support for PC and Mac desktops/laptops and peripherals, hardware, software and OS §
Installations, moves, adds and changes §
Mobile device support §
video conferencing systems and meeting support §
Desktop telecom provisioning and deployment experience a plus §

Responsible for managing and resolving support requests via our ticketing system, coordination of customer desk side visits, pick up of equipment from an onsite depot, installation, collection and associated record keeping of hardware.
