Title: Project Coordinator
As the Project Coordinator the position will provide specific duties related to the Colorado Department Human Services (CDHS) Windows 7 Operating System / Office 2010 Software upgrade project.
The project coordinator role will provide overall project collaboration; direct communication with team members as well as CDHS Computer customers; responsible for maintaining project schedules; creation of a tracking matrix of equipment completed; and delivery of weekly project status updates.
Direct Communication with CDHS End User Customer
Project coordinator will interview CDHS customer(s) prior to the Windows 7 Migration of the computer to determine:
Document specialize software and requirements.
Document individual computer configuration – (i.e. Printer type, special mapped drives, etc.).
Determine additional special needs.
Schedule migration appointment with the customer.
Direct communication of the Windows 7 Migration team:
Create a project Schedule /Timeline.
Project Coordinator will coordinate a schedule between the Windows 7 Migration team and the CDHS Customer.
Maintain, Communicate and adjust project schedule accordingly to project progress.
Communicate via Gmail, schedule update staff meetings and phone conversation with team members
Prepare weekly project status updates for the team.
Matrix of project deliverables:
Create an Equipment / customer /Site completion tracking matrix and share – via Google Docs updates with team members.
