Job Description:

Position: Candidate Management III
Location: Carmel, Indiana - 46032
Duration: 9+ Months
1.          Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, managing candidates throughout the selection process
2.          Experience recruiting in a professional, corporate, or staffing environment
3.          HS Diploma or GED
4.          Experience and working knowledge with an Applicant Tracking System (eRecruit, Taleo, Brass Ring, etc.)
5.          Experience with behavioral interviewing techniques
6.          Ability to engage, interact, and build relationships with individuals at all levels
7.          Ability to handle difficult conversations with tact and sensitivity
8.         A strong customer service focus as well as impeccable engagement, follow-through, and adaptability while meeting clients’ needs
9.          Experience managing sensitive and/or confidential information
10.      Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload in a constantly changing environment to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines
11.       Ability to work in a team environment
12.       Strong written and verbal communication skills
1.       BS/BA degree in related discipline strongly desired
2.       HR Certification(s) (ex: AIRS) a plus
3.       Business acumen and management of talent acquisition metrics
4.       Industry and functional domain area knowledge relevant to the business areas supported
5.       Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and HR compliance and regulation
6.       Experience mentoring other Recruiters
