Customer Service Representative
Zip Inc is a highly successful direct marketing firm out of the east bay area. It is our passion to promote our clients’ brands on a face-to-face basis at direct marketing locations. We have been hugely successful in building customer bases for our clients and we focus on going above and beyond for customer retention. We are looking for a Customer Service Representatives to join our amazingly fast-growing team.

Work History and Education
  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Some knowledge of marketing and sales is good but not necessary
  • Work in a field that interacts with the public in any capacity

In fact, we are happy to train our team as we can then always be like-minded when it comes to giving our clients the customer service they deserve – and that is the best at all times and in in all things.
The Role of a Customer Service Representative for Zip Inc:
  • Communicate with clients and resolve issues as needed
  • Interface with customers
  • Offer price structures and amend as needed
  • Keep track of sales and records
  • Give informative answers to all questions in a friendly manner
  • Go above and beyond in service to clients and their customers
  • Help build customer base
  • Attend staff meetings and/or meetings with clients
  • Help up-sell whenever possible
  • Learn every aspect of the company to wear different hats as required
