We are a high energy team of real estate brokers looking for motivated individuals to work full time to set appointments with existing and new business.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be expected to use professional sales techniques to meet and exceed monthly sales objectives and will work directly with our Sales Agents in keeping a long term relationship with prospects and clients.
• Sales experience
• Real estate, mortgage and/or loan experience preferred but not required
• CRM experience is preferred but not required
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows based application
• Excellent Communication skills
• Excellent Customer Service
• Cold Calling
• Perform a high volume of outbound sales calls per day to home buyers and sellers
• Sell online advertising to Real Estate Professionals
• Prospecting new business within multiple marketing avenues
• Client and Account Management
Compensation and Benefits:
• $15 per hour + Amazing Commission
