Requirements (Education, Skills & Abilities):
  • BA in business related field required and 5+ years' experience in data analytics, communication, and project management
  • Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP)
  • Expert in ISO 22301 standard and compliance relating to Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management, and Enterprise Governance.
  • Excellent Project / Program Management skills - demonstrable track record successfully managing projects at the highest technical and tactical levels, coordinating multi-discipline projects
  • Excellent analytical skills and understanding of processes, risks and controls and excellent command of English (verbal/written)
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate and influence decision-making with senior management
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing software tools to query and report data: SAS (Enterprise Guide or programming), SQL, and Business Objects.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing Microsoft Excel to build formulas and create report
  • Knowledge of variety of standard reporting software packages (Business Objects, Tableau, etc.) and best practices for report deployment processes
  • Senior skills at data management - summarizing, packaging, and presenting data to assist senior management
  • Ability to structure, manage, and coordinate complex cross-organization projects and processes with multiple stakeholders
  • Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
  • Advanced level of Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint and PowerPoint required
