Responsibilities:
  • This person will be a strong partner to the Product department on the product discovery side.
  • Identifying patterns, correlations and product experience opportunities in our internal data warehouse / tracking systems.
  • This person will own the tracking part n to n from ideation to implementation with engineering and following up on newly generated insights.
  • Investigate, define and communicate key product and user performance metrics that can be used to evaluate product experiences.
  • Deliver findings and analysis to the Head Of Product & Technology.
  • Work with the larger analytics teams across to administer product benchmarking exercises.
  • Design and collaborate with developers and Product Management on implementing analytical tools and automated dashboards.
  • Determine trends and developments, using them to build new monetization models and propositions and grow the business.
  • Construct and deliver clear, concise presentations of findings and management recommendations both in oral and written form.
  • Link key business data to generate new insights & solve key issues: with focus on product and overall business strategy.
Requirements: 
  • Proven ability in clearly defining a problem, collating the required information, analyzing the results and synthesizing a compelling argument.
  • Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Statistical analysis tools (e.g. R), PowerPoint.
  • Good presentation and communication skills required. A passion for problem-solving.
  • Ability to work both independently and with flexibility.
  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent preferably in the field of Applied Mathematics.
    Fluent in English.
