Position: Support PM
Location: Jersey City, NJ
- 10-15 years of experience working with global support with in IT org.
- Ref Market Data AND Production Support experience is a MUST
- Very good communication skills, SOLID Technology and and Project Management Experience with background in either production or application support
- Working with Client’s Global Support Organisation to drive the location consolidation, automation and technical tool mgmt strategies.
- Keep the track of all the support requirements and work with all Sr. Managers for timely completion of milestones
- Practical Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) skills and experience in executing all phases of Software Development life cycle (Agile and SDLC mode) for Product/Application development and Production Support,
- Solid Project Management skills on projects related to Agile/Scrum methodologies, Waterfall methodologies, Project Analytics, PMO management, Production Support, Delivery Management, Regulatory Governance & Controls implementation, Business process interpretation and management of complex procedural development.
- Excellent communication, Team player
- ITIL Certification is plus
- Implementing NLS Languages for Endeca to work in different Countries.
