Job Description:

National software management, a leading technology innovator & Provider in the advanced tech world looking for a motivated level 1 tech support representative who is eager to learn. Just have the ability to quickly identify our clients issue and decide whether issue can be addressed from a level 1 tech or if the issue needs to be escalated to a more senior level engineer. 

  • First and foremost you must be a people person
  • Windows XP, 7 and 8 
  • Microsoft office products 
  • Troubleshooting of Network issues from a remote location 
  • Great verbal and written communications skills 
  • Excellent team work skills
  • Receiving support call and helping with remote support 
  • Entry level server knowledge Sever 2008, 2013, exchange, SQL 
  • Resolution of assigned Tickets
Problem Solving, LAN Knowledge, Help Desk Experience, Verbal Communication, Operating Systems, Phone Skills, Customer Service, Quality Focus.

If you are graduated in 2014/2015 academic year and are interested in our Tech support representative – Level 1 position, you should possess the following:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline.
  • Good knowledge of English language (written and spoken) is essential
