Job Description:

We have Job openings in Phoenix, AZ & Bloomington, IL  (12 Months Contract)with State farm
Experience (design, implementation, troubleshooting) with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection (CUC). At a minimum, the individual should be able to understand the inter-dependencies between the below and build environments using these constructs.
•       Calling Search Spaces
•       Partitions
•       Media Resource Groups
•       Device Pools
•       Route Patterns
•       Route Lists
•       Route Groups
•       Translation Patters
Knowledge and experience with the SIP protocol and can troubleshoot call-flow issues using SIP logs
Experience troubleshooting fax issues that utilize SIP between the Call Manager and VG224. Call Manager SIP trunk  Cisco VG224 (configured to use SIP)  Analog fax machine
Experience configuring and troubleshooting media resources, voice gateways, Cisco “VG” gateways
Experience troubleshooting Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) traffic and trunking that utilize the SIP protocol
Some understanding of Oracle (Acme Packet) Session Border Controller
This position  is for a Converged Network Support Analyst who will be supporting Data, Voice and Contact Center Networks.
- Very strong IP Networking skills
- Experience supporting WAN circuits and working with LEC's troubleshooting T1s or similar circuits
- Experience supporting VOIP network in a Cisco centric network
- Knowledge and experience with CUCM
- Experience with ISR Gateways
- Experience with ICM or CVP
- Experience supporting Cisco Contact Center Infrastructures
- Knowledge of Call routing in a Contact Center Environment
Cisco Unified Communications Support
Phoenix, AZ
Knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications infrastructure (e.g., CVP, PG, CUSP)
• Knowledge of network signaling (SIP trunks)
• General telephony industry knowledge
• Problem solving skills
• Service management skills
• Report analysis
• Ability to understand vendor telephony software architecture
Nice to have:
• Knowledge of vendor products of Vail and Versay
• Knowledge of vendor products of Virtual Hold Technology (VHT)
• Knowledge of Session Border Controller (SBC)
• Knowledge of call routing/scripting
• Knowledge of CSV/Excel reports
• Knowledge of Workforce Management/Verint/Exony
• Ability to work with vendor software and vendor coordination
The individuals selected will be responsible for providing implementable architectural direction for all voice products.
*Plan, design, implement and support complex voice environments
*Experience with Cisco: Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE),  Customer Voice Portal (CVP), IP Telephony (CIPT), Unity Connection (CUC) and Unified Communication Integration with Microsoft Lync (CUCiLync)
* Knowledge of the Cisco product line required, as well as other vendors preferred  
*Experience with TCP/IP networking including DNS, HTTP/S, SSH, IPv4 and IPv6
*Experience with Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Trunking
*Experience with Acme Packet/Oracle SBC (Session Border Control)
*Knowledge of 911 Enable, the manufacturer of the Emergency Gateway (EGW)
*Knowledge and experience with media resources, analog and digital voice gateways, faxes, IP phones and call routing
*Knowledge of PSTN networks including Local Exchange Carrier (LEC), Long Distance, cellular and Toll Free services
*Experience configuring Cisco switches and routers
