Job Description:

Title: Senior Analyst - Digital Strategy & Analytics
Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ
Duration: 6 Months
Seeking a Sr. Analyst - Digital Strategy & Analytics.  You will interface with US divisions & Global digital marketing leaders to define digital plans & priorities. This position will also work with North American Brand Marketing and Marketing Intelligence teams to develop & deliver digital initiatives for US brand success.

• Assessing primary and secondary data sources to inform campaign strategies
• Optimizing campaign performance to maximize a campaign's ROI
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data is collected, analyzed and applied appropriately
• Developing best practices through a vigorous test and learn approach to digital marketing
• Leading end to end campaign measurement and optimization
• Synthesizing digital data, interpreting results and developing recommendations for primary stakeholders
• Collaborating with stakeholders to develop measurable goals and objectives
• Developing campaign tracking requirements (display media, paid search, site, social channels)
• Designing reporting templates/dashboards and establishing automated processes for their continued production

Required Skills:
• 3+ years prior experience in digital media analytics, Management Consulting or Marketing. 
• Bachelor's Degree, in the arts and sciences (history, anthropology/sociology, psychology), business (economics, marketing), computer (sciences) or quantitative field (math, statistics)
• Subject matter expert in 1 or more digital media reporting tools (DFA, Atlas, etc.)
• Subject matter expert in 1 or more web analytics tools (Site Catalyst, Google Analytics, Core Metrics, etc.)
• Experience designing and implementing A/B or MVT tests (Google Optimizer, Test & Target, etc)
• Mastery of Excel (VB/Macros) & PowerPoint.  Database skills (SQL, SPSS, SAS, Access) a plus
• Strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, demonstrated empathy and commitment to the clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare clear and concise client-ready documents

Project Management/Execution:
• Takes ownership of major deliverables and smaller workstreams, managing them independently and efficiently
• Takes personal accountability for on-time, on-budget, quality execution
• Proactively identifies/resolves program issues and knows when to push back
• Able to create accurate budgets, schedules and timelines
• Is flexible, responding quickly and appropriately to change

• Expertise in program measurement, test design and/or financial modeling
• Exposure to strategy focused offerings and supporting analytics (e.g. customer segmentation, competitive analysis/benchmarking)
