-Perform queries from variety of data sources to support reporting.
-Assist in development of monitors, and tools to operations functions.
-On rotation, act as Operations Primary to respond to critical alerts of batched processes, User interfaces, and web service issues.
-Triage issues that arise investigate possible causes and alternatives.
-Interact with other Operations groups to provide support to applications when requested.
-Create operational documentation and job aides of newly found production incidents to guide Level 1 and Level 2 support functions.
-Demonstrated experience required with UNIX, Oracle, Remedy, Autosys, REST, SOAP.
-5 -7 years of experience in software development and operational support roles.BS degree in Computer Science or related fields required.
-Grad level preferred.
