Job Description:

The Global Oracle HRIS Manager is responsible for partnering with the Business, IT and vendor teams to lead Global projects and initiatives with broad scope and high impact to the business and is a recognized expert in core Human Resource ERP processes and systems. This role contributes to the overall strategy and manages complex issues within the ERP & HCM area of expertise. This role will facilitate the prioritization of the portfolio of ERP projects, enhancements, and support services based on the scope, schedule, and budgets requirements of the business.Will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of human resource systems activities associated with employee information, retrieval capabilities and reports. Works with human resources and information systems staff and leadership to design new or modify existing human resource information systems to meet changing requirements relating to Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Training, etc. on a domestic and international basis. Provides designs to offshore team and requirements to ensure business needs are met through Oracle HRMS.
Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
  • Work directly with Business/Customers, advising on complex use of Oracle HRMS products and resolving highly complex and mission-critical issues Report to Global Oracle HRIS Leader with direction provided by local HR Leader and stakeholders.
  • In-depth and detailed knowledge of user/functional environment, the Oracle HCM system
  • Manage highly complex and critical business/customer issues
  • Serve as Situation Manager on highly sensitive issues
  • Consult with Management in directing resolution of critical Customer situations
  • The ability to plan and organize numerous tasks in parallel and deliver within agreed time scales
  • To give guidance through various forms to the user community on the best use of existing functions and newly introduced functions
  • Ability to design and develop Oracle XML reports and develop & maintain customized Forms & Reports
  • Implement standard HR policies and processes into Oracle HCM modules
  • Design solutions and provide options to best meet business requirements
  • Prepare Oracle HR for implementation of new contracts and payroll for new clients
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to the functional users
  • Act as a liaison between IT and functional areas for technical requirements
  • Training material preparation and maintenance and training the End Users
  • Maintain and update end-user & procedure system documentation where applicable
