Data Production Clerk – Holland Michigan

Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a position as full time Data Production Clerk for our client, one of the world’s leading food and beverage companies, at its location in Holland Michigan

This assignment pays $15.00/hour and starts ASAP. ***One opening on each shift*** 

1st Shift: 6am - 2:30pm 

2nd Shift: 2pm - 10:30pm 

3rd Shift: 10pm - 6:30am 

 

Job Description:

The main focus of this role will be to review SAP process orders to ensure all consumed materials are recorded in the process order and that all process orders are closed on a timely basis. Review SAP transaction processes to ensure data is accurately posted. Generate daily/weekly/monthly SAP reports for management review and corrective action.

 

  • Compile and record production data into systems such as HOTS and SAP. 
  • Support Finance Team to complete all required month end activities. 
  • Assist in the documentation of the Holland Quality System. 
  • Printing/preparing forms for the line leads for the next shift. 
  • Printing/preparing FG SAP tickets for the next shift. Entering FG counts into SAP for their shift. 
  • Counting and entering RPW materials SAP following the end of product run 
  • Entering HOTs data for the previous shift 
  • File/sort as needed SAP records and reports. Assist in record retention policy. 
  • Assist in typing/creating SAP procedures and presentations 
  • Order/track supplies as needed for production 
  • Perform SAP production reporting as required. 
  • Create and maintain filing system for SAP production paperwork (electronic/hard copy).

 

Skills and Abilities:

  • Previous experience in a similar role highly desired.
  • Strong computer skills intermediate computer skills including: Word and Excel and SAP.
  • Ability to work extended hours and/or overtime as required
  • Must be able to participate in job development training and also be certified on the training plan for this position within six months of start date.
  • Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
