Job Description

Responsible for Electronic file repository for following:

  • Sales orders, Contracts, Terms and Conditions, Assist with Reps and Certs Repository and NDA log.
  • Exostar Portal Management- Downloading and Accepting Orders for fulfilment.
  • Send order confirmations to customers post order entry.
  • Send reschedules/delay notifications to customers.
  • Perform post order review and assist with releasing orders on hold status.
  • Manage customer notifications of Non-Franchise/Obsolescence order change requirements.
  • Assistance with Quotes Dynamix Database.
  • Forward leads to appropriate Rep firms regions as required.
