Job Title : Customer Service Representative
The position requires strong team skills and consists of telephone and other client support. Staffing is required 24x7, may require day, swing, weekend, evening or graveyard shifts. Once the shift is determined will not vary week to week. Positions require at least 2 weeks day training in the center. After hours shifts will work from home.
Skills Required :
Answering emails and prioritizing the level of urgency based on the circumstance Creating and closing service calls Dispatching the appropriate personnel Operating the phone and computer systems and properly handling pertinent information about the call details Strong teamwork skills Strong interpersonal skills Experience in inbound and/or outbound customer communications Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral is imperative Multi-tasking capabilities Proficiency using Microsoft Office programs Motivation to assist the field in exceeding customer SLA and Satisfaction targets
Experience Required: none needed, we will train
Experience Preferred : Customer Service, preferably in a call center environment
Education Required : High School Diploma or equivalent
