4+ years ServiceNow administration experience
ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
Ability to gather end user requirements and work with stakeholders to meet business objectives
ITIL V3 Foundation Certification preferred
Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features
Familiarity with LDAP, MS Active Directory, ADFS
Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST)
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work well with team members, customers, and contractors
Implementation of ServiceNow ITSM & ITBM
Participate in internal and vendor meetings
Facilitate and support enhancements or new versions
