Job Description: Will be responsible for providing administrative, planning, coordination, and training support for a enterprise-wide, global training project to ensure goals, objectives and tasks are completed within a prescribed time frame.   • Computer skills a must with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficiency. SharePoint experience a plus

  • Support standard learning processes and practices related to assigned programs. 
  • Identify areas for improvement in daily operational processes and provide support to implement these initiatives by highlighting and discussing key changes or improvement programs with management. 
  • Communicate and interact effectively with customers and team members; develop credibility and trusted mutually respected relationships with customers, supervisors, and other key stakeholders. 

Qualifications: 

  • A minimum of a high school diploma is required. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. 
  • A minimum of two (2) years of related experience is required.
  • Three to four (3-4) years of related experience is preferred. 
  • The ability to demonstrate customer orientation and excellent customer service skills 
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow-through critical thinking to resolve any outstanding issues.
