Position: New Product Introduction Sourcing Analyst Duration: 6 months Location: Batesville, IN 47006 Job Description: • New Product Introduction Sourcing Analyst • Role is responsible to deliver NPI projects on time and on cost. The NPI Sourcing Analyst must establish credibility very quickly with project team, suppliers, and support teams to maximize results for. Role requires very strong project/program management skills and to effectively work with other departments to solve problems, make decisions, and keep project on track, on time, and on cost. Responsibilities • Work very closely with NPI Sourcing Leader(s), R&D, Quality, SQE and other teams from the beginning of project to ensure the supply base is selected by Sourcing. • Ensure NPI project, sourcing, and supply chain activities meet or exceed Time and Cost targets. • Responsible for communicating the supply chain that maximizes the benefits for. • Identify and manage supply risks associated with meeting technical and operational targets • Solve problems, fill gaps and achieve objectives results through a cross functional team. • Effective communication and escalation of risks and dependencies to solve problems, make decisions, and deliver results. • Interacts with senior management on project presentation updates highlighting risks and providing recommendations to make project level decisions. Qualifications • Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Engineering Experience in New Product Introductions. • Ability to manage large amounts of data • Ability to work with teams in different countries, time zones, and fast paced environments. • Ability to read basic engineering drawings. • Preferred experience: Program Management, Product Development, Process Development, Sourcing, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering • Highly motivated to deliver results, solve problems, and make decisions: “High energy, high impact”.
