Working in a creative and fast-paced environment, the Identity Access Administrator II will work with IAM team to continue enhancing processes for the Identity Access Management (IAM) program.  Among others, your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Manage user profiles, including access to security groups, OU assignment, password reset, and general directory cleanup at regular intervals.
  • Conduct general support, administration and maintenance of systems.
  • Integrate COTS solutions into USAC’s IAM system.
  • Generate custom reports using API management.
  • Work closely with development teams to perform user management, group management and password management requests.
  • Create and maintain Identify Access Management metrics on an as needed and reoccurring basis.
  • Resolve, identity and access management issues reported in production and non-production systems.
  • Support efforts regarding audit findings, adherence to compliance and organizational change.
  • Document how access is granted, removed, and changed within in all systems.
  • Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.
  • Follow detailed procedures and processes with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and work independently and with a team.

About You


The successful candidate will excel at operating in a diverse and fluid environment, and will be crucial for the success of the Information Technology Division.

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience.
  • You have 3-4 years of recent experience on cloud Identity and access management systems.
  • You have administrative knowledge, LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, SSO, RBAC, OAuth, web protocols XML, SOAP, JSON, REST.
  • You have experience with integration and support of information security system with Cloud ID.
  • You have experience with secure authentication, access management systems, and Identity as a Service (IDaaS) technologies, specifically deployment and operations.
  • You have working knowledge and administration experience with Active Directory, LDAP.
  • You have strong knowledge or skill relevant on authentication, authorization, provisioning, deprovisioning, OTP and multi-factor authentication, password policies, Role based authentication, Single sign on, Federation concepts.
  • You have experience on performing server administration, either Windows and/or Linux/Unix.
  • You have strong programing experience in Java or .net.
  • You have experience in custom development using API’s.
  • You can participate as a member of the IAM services delivery team to translate requirements to designs and to provide technical leadership and oversight.
  • You have the ability to track and resolve issues using ticketing system.
