Masters Degree in Engineering or related field with 7 years of experience, or

Minimum 10 years of project management and operations of comparable complexity, and Must be recognized as team-builder, experienced technical manager of major government contractor projects, and experience working with Federal, State and Local government officials
Must have management experience of Public Works and/or Facility Engineering projects of significant complexity and breadth

The Maintenance Supervisor will report to the Offshore Installation Manager and provide a range of maintenance, operational, and technical related support. The position also provides information and reports in relation to the Company Offshore Production Facilities. The position will play a key role in interfacing with the OIM and various Onshore departments including, HSE, Logistics, Drilling, Procurement-Contracts, Warehousing, SAP to provide operational team support to the offshore installations. Responsible for providing advice on all Marine maintenance issues and to the main support services O&M provider. Supervise in conjunction with the Marine Supervisor, deck operations and to ensure lifting equipment and records and certificates are kept up to date. The Safety Lead will be responsible developing the overall safety philosophy for the project and directing the EPCI contractor in all aspects of design and construction safety. Champion the Incident and Injury Free safety culture of the project in accordance with Company policies and procedures and established industry best practices. Serves as liaison with numerous internal and external groups, including Contractor as required. Demonstrate a strong leadership commitment through the establishment of tangible Contractor safety practices that will be utilized during the construction phase of the project. Ensure the incorporation of safe working practices for fabrication, installation, Hook up, commissioning, operation and maintenance during the design of the project.
