Job Summary Supports the process of obtaining, medical records to optimize the Plan’s HEDIS measure rates for NCQA accreditation.

Works with other HEDIS team members to ensure clinical reviews and medical record abstraction timelines are met. Liaises with provider practices and other providers to procure medical records.

Documents conversations with provider offices and medical record vendors to track procurement status. Scans medical records into the document management system. Generates status reports on medical record procurement as requested.
