We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer/Technical Lead. This developer will be an expert in Salesforce technologies including Sales and Service Cloud, Apex and Visualforce coding best practices and integration with other systems using web services. Additionally, this developer should have experience as a technical lead, managing other developers in an Agile development shop. This is a key position and will lead and help our India operations grow which is critical to our business.

Responsibilities

  • 6 years or more of Salesforce experience to include:
  • DEV401/DEV501 or Platform Developer I/II
  • Gathering, developing and analyzing business requirements for solution design on Salesforce.com;
  • Application design and configuration using Salesforce.com automation (SFA);
  • Utilizing object-oriented programming and design concepts to advise stakeholders on Salesforce.com solutions;
  • Developing custom applications and performing unit testing using Salesforce.com APEX and Visualforce pages;
  • Performing data migration using Salesforce.com Data Loader;
  • Designing and developing functionalities and web integration using Apex;
  • Designing user interfaces using Visualforce pages;
  • Experience with the Ant Migration Tool for deployment
  • Creating process and business flow diagrams use cases, storyboards, training documents and quick reference guides for end users and business users using LucidChart, Visio or similar software.

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong Salesforce experience as a Salesforce Developer including projects successfully carried out for a large number of end users
  • Advanced APEX and Visualforce coding experience is essential
  • Previous experience of working on Salesforce full life cycle implementations
  • Experience of working on Salesforce Lightning projects is a great bonus
  • Experience with batch and schedulable jobs
  • Experience with consuming and producing REST web services
  • Best practices with coding and Salesforce design patterns
  • Salesforce Developer Certification
  • Experience in another language like Java
  • Proficient understanding of Git and Bitbucket
  • Understanding of code review tools like Bitbucket Pull Requests

  • Hot Fixes- Dealing with issues that arise
  • Rundown of SLAs for different incidents
  • Deployment- Monitor dev, test and production pipeline for deployment. Understand risks. Automation. Analysis.
  • Security reporting up to the CEO (included on the scorecard)
