Kelly Services is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for our client, an American Multinational Consumer Goods company in Issaquah WA. This is a 6 month contract position starting 1/8/2018 and pays $25 per hour.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: You will be responsible for supporting the Account Executive in key data administration to execute the business plan with the customer and our client. . Key activities include but are not limited to:
· Data entry into CAS (trade fund system)
· Population of key forms for the retailer (new item forms, contracts)
· Display management with client and the retailer
· Scale execution, mapping invoices and deductions to appropriate tactics in CAS
· Facilitating payment process and report querying in CAS or other business systems
· Technical skills; ability to learn CAS navigation and proficient in MS excel.
· Good verbal and written professional communications skills.
· Prior experience working with business process in order to support the Account Executive with the above responsibilities.
· Disciplined execution; ability to perform the task with minimum oversight.
· Have math aptitude.
· Must be familiar with general office practices and be able to work in client office to perform job requirements
