Kelly Services is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant. This assignment is for our client, one of the world’s leading innovative technology companies, in the Santa Clara Valley.
In this role you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative support duties to include:
Financial record keeping
Coordinating meetings and conferences
Obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail
May work on special projects
We are looking for candidates who like working in a team environment and have a positive attitude. We are also lookin for candidates who are able to multi-task and prioritize. Having strong communication skills and organizational skills are required and well as familiarity with MS Office-Word, Exce, Outlook, PowerPoint.
